An internationally established, forward thinking and innovative Building Services Design Consultancy is seeking to appoint an immediate high calibre Mechanical Engineer to join their established office in Hong Kong.

Project Details

Based in HK, the successful candidate will be involved in multiple and diverse projects including educational, healthcare, commercial and mixed use projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Produce, review and comment on design drawings and coordinate and resolve issues.
-Ensure that the design and maintenance of building systems meets legislative and health and safety requirements
-Attend project group and technical meetings.
-Provide support in the preparation of Company fee proposals.
-Supervise the installation of building systems
-Coordinate with both Architects and Structural Engineers

Desired Skills and Experience

-Hands on experience of mechanical engineering design in MVAC
-Knowledge and experience of local and statutory building codes.
-3 years+ experience in the design, installation and commissioning of HVAC systems
-Good Computer Skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project and other related software
-Good command of written and spoken in English, and Cantonese.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

-Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
-Chartered Engineer MHKIE preferred.
