Project Manager

We have been retained by Chun Wo Development Holdings, an established and successful construction, engineering and property development business operating in Hong Kong and throughout Asia, to appoint high calibre individuals to join and be pivotal players in the growth and on-going success of their M&E division. they are currently seeking to urgently appoint a high calibre Project Manager to join their growing M&E team

Project Details

You will be stationed in HQ at Lai Chi Kok and travel to project sites regularly to manage and drive progress.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for overall progress planning, work progress, quality & site safety, and cost control of E&M projects;
Prepare tender and technical submission.

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum 8 years management experience in E&M projects;
Experience in Electrical Installation for Housing Authority Projects is preferred;
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
Good command of English and Chinese.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

Degree in BS / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines;
Qualified Authorized Signatory (AS) will be a definite advantage;
