Project Manager - Water

Project Details

We have been retained by Chun Wo Development Holdings, an established and successful construction, engineering and property development business operating in Hong Kong and throughout Asia, to appoint high calibre individuals to join and be pivotal players in the growth and on-going success of their civils division. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Managing and leading the project team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, to budget and to the required quality standard
Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan and managing project deliverables in line with the plan.
Monitoring project progress and performance
Recruiting project staff and consultants & building & maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.
Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary to leadership team
Managing the co-ordination of internal & external stakeholders.
Regular progress reporting

Desired Skills and Experience

A minimum of 5 years practical experience in major waterworks and waterworks maintenance projects gained from a main contractor;
Assertive and able to work under pressure;
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

Degree holder in Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
