Senior Building Services Engineer

Project Details

We have been retained by Chun Wo Development Holdings, an established and successful construction, engineering and property development business operating in Hong Kong and throughout Asia, to appoint high calibre individuals to join and be pivotal players in the growth and on-going success of their M&E division.  

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage and coordinate the design and installation of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment working closely with design consultants, specialist subcontractors and suppliers on a major new build project in Hong Kong
Responsible for site monitoring, quality control and project planning
Ensure all construction activities progress effectively and meet the requirement
Coordinate CSD, schematic MEP drawings in ACAD format

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in building services design, coordination, project administration, installation, testing & commissioning and handover.
Min 6 years’ experience in Electrical / HVAC / MVAC / Fire Services / Pumping and Drainage;
Able to coordinate, supervise and work independently;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Competency in MS Office / MS Project applications / AutoCAD;
Good interpersonal, project management and site supervision skills.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Building Services Engineer.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

Higher Diploma holder or above in BS Engineering or related disciplines;
