Senior Contracts Administrator
A Senior Contracts Administrator is required to join a top end construction and management consultancy on their airports commision. You will take up a senior cost management role on the post contract delivery of a multi-million pound baggage system contract.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate with Clients, Architects and Subcontractors
- Preparing, analysing and monitoring detailed construction programmes to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeframe
- Formulate Subcontractor buying notes
- Monitor Subcontractor performance and issue formal notifications of non-performance/ non-compliance in order to meet programme deadlines and budgetary controls
- Prepare monthly project performance reports, highlighting: client complaints, variations, critical path changes, RFI management issues, subcontractor non-performance issues, snagging management progress, site resources / requirements, site training requirements, project issues and resolutions

- Often very high end clients and the successful candidate will need to be able to communicate at a high level
- Ability to demonstrate management of previous detailed programmes
- Extremely high level of professionalism
- Strong management skills
- Strong NEC and contract administration skills and experience
- Highly IT literate - Strong written English skills
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or quivalent
- Professional membership or striving towards would be a strong advantage
