Senior Cost Manager
The successful candidate will be lead the delivery of commercial developments, real estate projects, and high-specification data centres from early feasibility through to completion.
These projects include major office developments and technically complex data-centre fit outs with significant M&E packages.
This London Senior Quantity Surveyor role will involve full pre-contract and post-contract cost management duties, working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead cost planning and procurement strategies on major schemes.
- Manage and mentor junior surveyors within project teams.
- Deliver pre-contract cost advice, tender management, and value engineering.
- Oversee post-contract administration, reporting, and final accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with developers and end-users.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 10 + years of experience with consultancy background.
- Proven track record on commercial and data-centre projects with M&E elements.
- Confident in client presentation and project leadership.
- Excellent commercial acumen and contractual understanding.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- MRICS or equivalent professional status.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
- Continued professional development encouraged and supported.
