Tender Manager

Our client, a major construction & engineering firm with an enviable footprint across Asia is seeking to appoint a Tender Manager with significant tendering and estimating experience to lead the bid teams and ensure successful award of a number of high profile multi billon $$$ civil and build projects across Asia. 

Project Details

You wil be based in the Client's HQ on HK Island.

Responsibilities and Duties

•Manage the design, planning and estimation of bids
•Oversee the preparation of bid cost analysis and budgets
•Manage and delegate bid tasks to the tendering team to compile the tender
•Manage tendering schedules to achieve on time delivery of tenders
•Attend tender meeting with clients & suppliers

Desired Skills and Experience

•Demonstrable experience of major civil engineering projects
•Building Department submission experience
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
•Good command in oral & written English 
•Excellent leadership and communication skills
•Excellent man management skills within a multi cultural environment
